Most drone cleaning companies we have compared keep their rate behind a form. We think a property manager should be able to read the number, check it against a scaffolding bid and decide whether a call is worth their time. So the commercial rate is on this page, on the pricing page and inside every service page.
The rate covers the cleaning. There is no separate line for access equipment because there is none to erect, rent or dismantle, which is where much of a traditional exterior cleaning bill goes.

One method in every market
The building never sees a lift, a scaffold or a person on a rope. The drone flies from the client's own property, the pilot works from the ground, and tenants keep using every entrance.
1. Free site survey, fixed price
We measure the surfaces, check the airspace and agree the staging positions. The proposal is a fixed price for the scope, not an hourly estimate.
2. Tethered cleaning drone
Lucid Bots Sherpa drones fly on a tether that carries water and cleaning solution from the ground rig, with batteries swapped on the ground. The pilot holds an FAA Part 107 certificate and stays on the ground.
3. Heated soft-wash
Low-pressure, heated soft-wash chemistry lifts algae, mold and atmospheric grime without the surface damage that pressure washing causes.
4. 0 TDS pure-water rinse
The final pass is deionized water at 0 TDS, so glass, metal and painted surfaces dry without spotting or streaks.
5. Up to 200 ft per staging position
About 18 stories from one position. Taller buildings are staged from podiums, setbacks or the roof, so height is a planning question, not a limit.
