How we operate in Missouri

Missouri does not broadly preempt local drone regulation; cities and counties can regulate takeoff and landing on property they own, though airspace itself remains federal jurisdiction.
St. Louis: St. Louis city parks require a Board of Public Service permit for drone operation, along with a pilot license copy, drone specifications, and a $1,000,000 insurance certificate; a commercial drone ordinance (Chapter 15.190) further restricts operations.
St. Louis Lambert International Airport (KSTL) sits under Class B airspace covering most of the metro region, and LAANC authorization is available for operations under 400 feet within it.
