Where we work in Las Vegas

Crews and equipment mobilize anywhere in the United States, with travel built into a fixed quote after a free site survey. The buildings we quote most often in Las Vegas are hotels and resorts, office towers, condominium and HOA buildings, hospitals and medical campuses, university and school campuses and retail centers.

  • Downtown

Downtown Las Vegas holds a financial district of office and government buildings, including Las Vegas City Hall and the Lloyd D. George federal courthouse, alongside the Fremont Street casinos.

  • The Strip

The Strip submarket carries the most Class A office space of any neighborhood in the Las Vegas office market, on top of its resort towers.

  • University District

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas main campus covers 332 acres, with a separate 18.2 acre Shadow Lane campus next to University Medical Center holding the medical and dental schools.

Las Vegas building stock

The Las Vegas Valley has more than 160 high-rises, 42 of them taller than 400 feet, and the tallest cluster on the Strip and in the adjoining unincorporated communities that use a Las Vegas address.

The Las Vegas office market contains about 35.8 million square feet, with Class A properties at 37.56 percent of listings and Class B at 53.6 percent.

World Market Center Las Vegas covers 5.1 million square feet across three buildings downtown.

A tethered drone reaches up to 200 ft, about 18 stories, from one staging position; taller towers are worked from podiums, setbacks or the roof. Height is a planning question at the survey, not a limit.

Climate, soiling and season in Las Vegas

Las Vegas averages 4.2 inches of rain across about 26 rainy days a year, with humidity that sometimes stays below 10 percent, so Mojave dust and mineral deposits settle on glass and facades instead of rinsing away.

Las Vegas records freezing temperatures an average of 10 nights per winter, so water-based washing runs nearly all year and pauses only on the coldest nights.

Water-based washing pauses in freezing weather; the freeze dates shown are averages and the survey confirms the window for your building. Recurring clients are booked at the start of the window.

Regulatory notes

Flying and washing in Las Vegas

These are the rules that shape a job here; we plan around them at the survey, not on site.

  • Controlled airspace here needs FAA authorization before launch; LAANC grants it in advance and it is filed as part of scheduling.

  • Most of the valley sits under Harry Reid International's Class B airspace and inside the five mile airport circle; Class B at LAS, Class D at North Las Vegas, and surface E areas all need LAANC authorization first.

  • Las Vegas Municipal Code 13.58.030 prohibits launching or landing a drone on any public street, right-of-way or public parking lot, and 13.36.020 keeps drones out of city parks.

  • Clark County updated its parks policy in November 2025 to allow drone operation at 28 county parks, up from roughly eight.

  • Clark County guidance allows pressure-washing water into a storm drain only when the washing is light and carries no soaps, solvents, oil or other contaminants; otherwise all wash water is collected and disposed of off site, because valley storm drains flow untreated to Lake Mead.

  • The City of Las Vegas issues barricade permits, listed with its other Public Works permits, for work that needs barricades in a street or on a sidewalk.

  • Flights stage from the client's own property with the owner's written consent; public parks and rights of way are not used as launch sites without a permit.

  • Rinse water is contained and recovered wherever the local storm-drain rule requires it, and the containment method is written into the proposal.

  • Any sidewalk or lane closure is permitted with the city before the job and its lead time is part of the schedule.
