O.C.G.A. 16-11-62, Georgia's eavesdropping and surveillance statute, makes it a felony to use any device, including a drone-mounted camera, to observe or photograph a person in a private place out of public view without consent.
Atlanta: City of Atlanta parks policy bars launching or landing drones on park property such as Piedmont Park and Centennial Olympic Park without permission, though this is a ground rule and the statute's commercial carve-out limits its reach against Part 107 operators.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is surrounded by Class B airspace with a ceiling of 12,500 feet MSL covering most of metro Atlanta, and LAANC authorization is available there for Part 107 operators needing to fly in controlled airspace.
Georgia has no state contractor license specific to pressure washing or soft washing; operators generally need only a local county or city business license or occupational tax certificate.
